I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, where the family room was spacious and clean, featuring a magical view over the mountains and Saas Fee town. The staff went above and beyond—super friendly and accommodating. The location is fantastic, just a stone's throw from the ski school and lifts. However, the dining options, while delicious, could use more variety. Overall, it's a great place for families but could improve in a few areas.

The service was outstanding, with friendly staff who really went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The location is also fantastic, cozy and right by the ski school, perfect for a family getaway. On the downside, the dining options could have been better, as they didn’t have enough variety, and the facilities could have used some updating.
